To provide the best possible service and accurate pricing, please review the following information before booking your cleaning appointment.

Cleaning Vs. Organization

  • Our standard cleaning services are focused on cleaning and sanitizing surfaces throughout the home.

    Please note that excessive clutter, organization, or item sorting is not included in standard cleaning services.

    Examples of organization services include:

    • Picking up clothing throughout the house

    • Organizing toys, closets, or personal belongings

    • Folding laundry

    • Sorting household items

    • Clearing heavily cluttered floors or surfaces

    If our team arrives and the home requires extensive organization before cleaning can begin, an additional Organization Fee may be added.

Organization Fee

20% of the Cleaning Value.

A 20% fee will be charged if extra labor and time are needed to handle excessive clutter, clothing, toys, or personal belongings before cleaning can be properly finished.

Pet Policy & Pet-Related Fees

  • We love pets and are happy to clean pet-friendly homes. However, homes with excessive pet-related conditions may require additional cleaning charges.

    Examples include:

    • Excessive pet hair

    • Urine stains or accidents

    • Pet feces or waste cleanup

Excessive Pet Cleanup Fee

20% of the Cleaning Value.

A 20% extra charge will be applied if significant pet-related messes necessitate deep cleaning, odor treatment, waste removal, or extended service time.

This fee does not cover pet waste. See our Biohazard Cleaning Add-On for details.

Biohazard Cleaning Add-On

  • For the safety of our staff, certain conditions may require additional protective procedures, products, equipment, and disposal methods.

    Examples include:

    • Pet feces throughout the home

    • Bodily fluids

    • Excessive urine contamination

    • Mold-like unsanitary conditions

    • Trash accumulation creating health concerns

Biohazard Cleaning Add-On = $150.00

A $150.00 extra charge will be applied when bodily fluids, pet feces, urine, or other hazardous materials require specialized sanitation, disinfecting procedures, protective equipment, and disposal methods.

Safety & Accessibility

To ensure efficient service, we ask that:

  • Utilities (water and electricity) are active

  • Safe access to the property is provided

  • Aggressive pets are secured during the appointment

  • Walkways and work areas are reasonably accessible

Important Notice

Our goal is to provide transparent pricing and high-quality service for every client.

Additional fees are only applied when the condition of the home requires substantially more labor, time, products, or specialized cleaning procedures beyond a standard cleaning service.
